Travelers in the Puget Sound region face major highway shutdowns Halloween weekend due to two major construction projects on key north-south corridors.
The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) announced full closures on northbound Interstate 5 in Seattle and southbound I-405 in Bothell starting Friday, Oct. 30, through Monday, Nov. 2.
