A Tukwila Police detective and Westfield Southcenter security officers rescued a man experiencing a mental health crisis at a parking garage in the Southcenter District, according to the Tukwila Police Department.
Detective Mosley held onto the man hanging from the garage for almost a minute before several security officers arrived and helped bring him to safety, police said. The man was taken to a hospital for a mental health evaluation.
