SEATTLE – A 51-year-old woman who was robbed and shot in the Chinatown-International District Tuesday morning is recovering at a hospital in Seattle. The incident occurred shortly after 4 a.m. on the 600 block of 12th Avenue South, according to the Seattle Police Department (SPD). Officers arrived and found the woman with “an apparent gunshot wound,” the SPD said. They provided aid until Seattle Fire Department personnel arrived and took the woman to Harborview Medical Center in “stable condition,” the SPD added.
