SEATTLE – A thief stripped copper wire from Seattle City Light poles along several blocks in the Whittier Heights neighborhood, leaving an expensive repair job for the utility company. The wire was likely stolen late last week along Cleopatra Place NW, roughly between NW 70th and NW 73rd streets.
