KIRKLAND, WA – A driver in Kirkland, WA, unintentionally veered onto a closed Interstate 405 exit ramp to NE 85th. Despite clear signs and cones indicating the closure from 11 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 26th, until 4 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 29th, the driver confessed to Washington State Patrol that they “forgot” about the closure.
