LYNNWOOD-Lynnwood Police are seeing the publics assistance in a kidnapping that occurred at South Neighborhood Park on January 31. At approximately 5:30 p.m., Lynnwood police responded to the South Neighborhood Park area for reports of a kidnapping. Upon arrival, detectives learned that a 15-year-old and 12-year-old were in the South Neighborhood Park area when they were approached by a group of juveniles in a vehicle.
