SEATTLE – Two teenagers accused of intentionally running over pedestrians in a stolen car in Seattle last year appeared in court Friday afternoon following their arrests. Judge Kristin Richardson ordered the teens, a 15-year-old boy and a 13-year-old girl, to be held in detention while prosecutors review the case.
