KING COUNTY, Wash. – King County deputies continue to search for who shot and killed a delivery driver in late January as the driver’s family mourns the loss of their brother, husband and father. Deputies said 50-year-old Sergay Kubay was shot and killed at Fairwood Pond Apartments in Renton.
