SEATTLE – A pair of young brothers, just 12 and 13 years old, are now facing serious felony charges for carjacking multiple people, violently threatening them with loaded guns, and leading Seattle police on a chase down Aurora Ave after violently carjacking two people. In one instance, they’re accused of firing a warning shot into the air in front of one victim.
