Seattle elevated Burns from its practice squad for Sunday’s game versus the Broncos, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports. Burns was carted off the field with a toe injury during the Seahawks’ final preseason game versus the Browns, but he’s now apparently back in playing shape for Week 1 action. If he plays Sunday, a significant share of his snaps could come on special teams.
