On Monday, September 16, 2024, a workshop will be held to help Wedgwood-area homeowners remove racially restrictive deed covenants from their property records. At 7 PM speakers from the Racially Restricted Covenants Project (University of Washington in Seattle) will present the history of the property covenants. At 8 PM there will be a work session for homeowners to get paperwork filled out and notarized.
