On Monday, September 16, 2024, Habitat for Humanity Seattle-King & Kittitas Counties (SKKC), in partnership with Amazon, will host a groundbreaking ceremony for a new 58-home condominium project located at 5022 MLK Jr. Way in Seattle. The event marks a significant milestone in affordable housing development for underserved communities in King County. The project, funded in part by Amazon’s Housing Equity Fund, represents the largest multi-family Habitat for Humanity project in the United States upon its completion in 2026.
