Fortress Development’s CEO, Andy Lakha, has transferred ownership of the billion-dollar Avenue Bellevue development located at 10300 NE 8th St. to an affiliate of Silverstein Capital Partners months after the grand opening of its luxurious hotel and residential units. The high-profile two-tower project, located in the heart of Bellevue, Washington, will now be under the management of Silverstein, which was an early lender for the development.
