MOSCOW – A 29-year-old Western Washington man has pleaded guilty to grand theft for taking part in a local shoplifting spree. Andrey Barbin pleaded guilty to the count in Latah County Second District Court on Tuesday. Barbin is set to be sentenced in November. He was recently arrested on a local warrant in King County.
