To celebrate its 50th anniversary, Microsoft is awarding $50,000 grants to 50 Puget Sound organizations, according to a recent announcement from the company. The grants will go to organizations that partake in efforts to aid communities and neighborhoods in need, protect civic and iconic places, and more. Funds will be designated for said organizations to continue with their work and will begin to be distributed starting in October, the announcement said.
