SEATTLE – A 57-year-old woman was shot and killed in West Seattle Tuesday afternoon. Just after 1 p.m. Tuesday, 911 dispatchers received a report of shots fired on the 4400 block of Southwest Hudson Street. When officers arrived at the scene, they found a 57-year-old woman who had been shot multiple times.
