Westfield Southcenter Announces Completion Of The Northside Restaurant Row, Reshaping Seattle’s Dining & Shopping Landscape

Westfield Southcenter, Washington’s largest shopping destination, announced the grand completion of its Northside Restaurant Row. This culinary hub began development in 2022 and now has three restaurants that are brand new to the Seattle market. At 12,021 square feet, the newly completed Northside Restaurant Row features Los Angeles-based Gen Korean, first-to-market restaurant Mr. Dim Sum, and Japan-born Marugame Udon.

“The completion of this new dining district reflects our commitment to creating the best experiences in dining, fashion, and entertainment for our guests,” said, Navdeep Singh, General Manager at Westfield Southcenter in a statement. “This expansion allows us to cater to the desires of today’s shoppers; We’re not just adding dining options, we’re creating a culinary destination that complements our rapidly growing array of retail offerings.”

Now open, Marugame Udon was founded in 2000 in Kagawa Prefecture, Japan acclaimed for its authentic, made-to-order udon noodles. Known for its commitment to tradition and innovation, Marugame Udon offers a customizable dining experience with an array of toppings and sides, catering to various tastes from classic beef udon to inventive curry udon creations.
