Spinasse is named for the provenance of Cascina Spinasse. The restaurant dates back to 2008 when it opened as a small Italian trattoria with communal seating. They focused on handmade pasta and traditional cusine of Northern Italy. They are now one of the top Italian restaurants in Seattle, Washington.
Chef Stuart Lane has been at Spinasse since 2015. He creates delicious Italian dishes while supporting the small farmers from the Pacific Northwest who provide fresh ingredients.
Their menu includes a wide variety of choices in these areas: Antipasti, Primi, Secondi, Contorni, Aperitivi, and Dolci.
