RENTON, Wash. – A North Bend couple is hoping for an arrest after someone shot out the window of their SUV while they were driving on I-405 near Renton on Sunday. They say a driver wearing a hoodie shot at them multiple times on northbound I-405 near State Route 169 in what they believe was a random road rage shooting.
