An unticketed passenger arrested on Dec. 24 aboard a Delta flight from Seattle to Honolulu was arrested again at the same airport.
The woman was arrested again outside checkpoint 3 on the evening of Dec. 27 at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport when TSA recognized her.
According to Port of Seattle, the woman began walking away from TSA and was promptly arrested by Port of Seattle police.
The same unticketed passenger aboard Delta flight 487 from Seattle to Honolulu caused a two-hour delay on December 24, according to Port of Seattle Police and Delta Airlines.
The incident on Christmas Eve occurred around 1:05 p.m. when the passenger was discovered on the Airbus A321neo aircraft as it began taxiing.
“Nobody knew really what was going on. So we were kind of left in the dark,” said passenger Brady Bly.
Bly told KIRO 7 he was on Delta flight 487 on Christmas Eve. He says the plane was about to take off when the plane returned to the gate.
“Getting ready to taxi and they told us… we’d have to go back for a security breach,” Bly explained.
