EVERETT, Wash. – The search is on to find whoever shot and killed a man in Everett Monday night in a neighborhood near Senator Henry M. Jackson Park. Police say the shots were reported at around 11:30 p.m. and neighbors say they saw the victim, a man in his 50s, on the ground behind a group of houses near 19th Street and Highland Avenue.
