Sound Transit’s West Seattle light rail extension project is facing a staggering $3 billion budget shortfall despite not having laid a single inch of track.
“The number is just crazy. I lost my mind,” Jake Skorheim of “The Jake and Spike Show” on KIRO Newsradio exclaimed. “I don’t even know how that’s possible.”
