Man caught in Seattle after allegedly shooting driver in Livermore road rage incident

A gunman caught on film brazenly shooting at a driver on a Livermore road in what officials described as a case of road rage last month has been apprehended in Seattle.

According to the Livermore Police Department, the suspect, 26-year-old Demarionte Smith of Oakley, fled multiple states to avoid detection.
