Two men have been apprehended and charged with the attempted murder of a Burien woman, following a harrowing incident involving kidnapping, robbery, and torture. Alexander Moises Arnaez-Guttierrez, 25, and Kevin Daniel Sanabria Ojeda, 24, face serious charges, including first-degree robbery, first-degree kidnapping, and first-degree attempted murder, stemming from a violent abduction that occurred on January.
According to court documents, the ordeal began when a 58-year-old woman was ambushed by the two suspects as she was returning to her apartment located on Des Moines Memorial Drive. Investigators report that she was forcibly dragged into their vehicle at gunpoint, where she was made to lie on the floorboard and was brutally kicked in the head.
During the assault, the suspects stole her purse, credit cards, jewelry, and approximately $20,000 worth of gold that she was carrying. In a particularly horrific act, the men coerced her into revealing the PIN for her credit and bank cards while using a power drill to inflict pain on her right hand.
