Police seek public’s help finding Seattle homicide suspect who is ‘armed and dangerous’

SEATTLE — Seattle police are looking for a man “wanted in connection” with a deadly shooting in the First Hill neighborhood in early April.

Detectives are seeking Ayub S. Mohamed in connection with the killing of 40-year-old David Chuyeshkov on April 2. Seattle Police Department (SPD) officers responded to an apartment complex near Summit Avenue around 2 a.m. and found a 40-year-old man inside a unit suffering from a gunshot wound.

Officers attempted to provide the man aid until Seattle Fire Department personnel arrived, but the victim ultimately died from his injuries at the scene…
