Regional Animal Services of King County (RASKC) needs help with a recent animal cruelty case involving three dogs near Auburn.
On April 29, RASKC released photos of the three dogs, who had been taken in by an animal control officer from the 1800 block of Southeast Green Valley Road in unincorporated King County.
The three dogs all have swollen muzzles, which appear to have been bound shut with a strap or tape. This is often done to keep animals from barking or making loud noises…
