Although the arrangement has not been officially confirmed by SpaceX or Starlink, permit records show the company will occupy Building A at 8131 W. Bostian Road.
Starlink has 15 job listings open in Woodinville right now, a potential sign of its intent to expand its workforce in the region. The company’s decision to lease space in Washington’s wine hub follows the growing presence of tech companies on the Eastside.
The 197,552-square-foot industrial lease will be used for various operations, though specific details have not been disclosed.
