Seattle Police have reported the arrest of three teenage boys following an armed robbery incident in North Seattle, as detailed on the SPD Blotter. The event took place last night when a convenience store on the 12200 block of Aurora Avenue North was targeted by the group.
According to the authorities, the situation escalated quickly with one of the teens stealing boxes of condoms and then fleeing the scene. As he made his escape, a gun was pointed at the store manager by another suspect stationed in the getaway car, ready to assist in the robbery. Running into the night, the underage criminals believed they had outpaced the grasp of justice.
The subsequent distress call from the visibly shaken store manager at approximately 10:00 p.m. activated a swift police response.
