- 18th Ave armed robbery: Two people returning home from a restaurant were beaten and robbed at gunpoint in an incident near 18th and Denny late Thursday night. The Seattle Police Department reports the victims were walking around 11:20 PM when two men jumped them, punching one victim in the face and grabbing the other’s bag after pulling her to the ground.
