The first time Russ Flint heard of Eggslut was last year. He was at his specialty butcher shop Rain Shadow Meats, in Capitol Hill’s Melrose Market, and a prospective tenant was coming to look at the adjoining vacant space, which used to be a Homegrown sandwich shop.
