SEATTLE — Family members for two of the people killed in a shooting in Pioneer Square last month showed up to speak in court on Wednesday, opposing a request by the defense to lower one of the suspects’ bail.
Jamarquel Williams and Hakeem Dowdy were both arrested and charged in connection with the shooting, which killed three people and injured another person. A third suspect was arrested on a Department of Corrections escape warrant.
Williams and Dowdy appeared before a King County judge and pleaded not guilty to the charges against them. Williams and Dowdy each face three counts of first-degree murder and one count of assault in the first degree. Williams faces an added charge of unlawful possession of a firearm…
