SEATTLE — State lawmakers, parents of victims and child safety advocates are calling for a full review of the Amber Alert system following the murders of three young girls in Chelan County last month.
Family members of Olivia, Evelyn, and Paityn Decker have questioned why an Amber Alert wasn’t issued when their father, Travis Decker, failed to return his daughters to their mother following an unsupervised, court-ordered visit.
