After more than four decades at Bellevue Square, Eddie Bauer will close its doors for good on Tuesday, June 17, 2025. The store is located on the first floor of the mall, across from Anthropologie and next to Sweet Factory.
According to a company representative, the decision is part of a broader evaluation of Eddie Bauer’s real estate portfolio, citing factors such as expiring lease agreements and shifting market conditions. “While it is never an easy decision to close a location, we appreciate the relationships we have established with our customers,” the spokesperson said.
