Leroy Tinoga, 26, of Kent, the married father of two young children, was killed in the shooting and vehicle crash incident June 16 on the East Hill in Kent.
The family of Tinoga released his identity with the posting of a GoFundMe account.
“The family is grieving the heartbreaking and unexpected loss of a father, a son, a brother’s life taken far too soon,” wrote Abbee Delos-Reyes, of Kent, a close friend of the family, on GoFundMe. “On June 16, 2025, Leroy’s life was taken from us in a tragic and senseless act. He was driving home from the store and was shot in broad daylight. Due to the severity of his injuries, he didn’t make it.”…
