‘I’m gonna gouge out your eyes’: Seattle business owner left bleeding after assault

A pop-up art market in Seattle’s Queen Anne neighborhood on Sunday ended in violence after a man, reportedly experiencing a mental health crisis, left a local business owner bleeding from her eyes, according to KOMO News.

The attack occurred at the corner of West Roy Street and Queen Anne Avenue North, where vendors had gathered for a Father’s Day market organized outside the Uncommon Cottage, a local gift shop owned by Jennafah Singer.

Singer told KOMO News the man began targeting passing cars before turning to the market vendors, and said the man called her a “crazy b****” before yelling, “I’m gonna gouge out your eyes.”
