Washington State Patrol have issued a missing persons alert for a 75-year-old man last seen in Mountlake Terrace.
Joua Yang was last seen just before 10 a.m. on Thursday around 232nd St SW. This road is off La Pierre Drive and leads to city hall and the police department.
He was walking in the area and it’s unknown which direction he was heading…
