Drag Races in National Park Lead to Arrests, Luxury Vehicle Seizures

Four people were arrested this week at Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming after they were allegedly caught drag racing on the park’s iconic Teton Park Road.

According to multiple reports, at least two luxury vehicles were seized Tuesday evening after calls came pouring in reporting drag racers using both lanes of the 20-mile scenic and heavily used corridor that connects Moose Junction and Jackson Lake Junction.

“This kind of behavior is unsafe, irresponsible, and completely unacceptable in a national park,” said Grand Teton Superintendent Chip Jenkins. “It puts visitors, staff, and wildlife at serious risk.”…
