MOUNTLAKE TERRACE, Wash. — A Silver Alert issued for a 75-year-old man from Mountlake Terrace has sparked questions about the urgency and necessity of the alert.
The alert, activated by the Washington State Patrol, was issued after the man had been missing for approximately two hours. He was located shortly after the public was notified.
