Seattle woman arrested in Centralia for theft from Coach Outlet, forgery and financial fraud

A 42-year-old Seattle woman was arrested in Centralia Thursday, July 3, and charged Monday in Lewis County Superior Court with unlawful possession of payment instrument, forgery, first-degree criminal impersonation,and third-degree theft after she allegedly paid for a bracelet from the Coach Outlet store with fake $100 bills and gave the wrong name to the store clerk.

Devlin Nolan’s bail was set at $10,000 cash or bond during her preliminary hearing, four days after the Coach manager told police that a customer had taken a store bracelet, put it on her arm and gave the store clerk three fake $100 bills. Nolan reportedly left the store with the bracelet, which was worth $160, according to charging documents filed in Lewis County Superior Court.

When attempting to purchase the bracelet, the suspect reportedly identified herself to the store clerk as Devin Feliciano, according to court documents. The store clerk put that name in the store system, and the manager showed police the entry on the store’s iPad while giving them a description of the suspect…
