MERCER ISLAND, Wash — A dramatic incident unfolded early Saturday morning on eastbound I-90 when a car, with one of its tires ablaze and fire trailing behind it, hit a WSP trooper vehicle.
The Washington State Department of Transportation released video footage showing the scene around 1:30 a.m. on I-90 at Mercer Island.
