‘Living in fear’: Kenmore woman says neighbor’s rampages have forced her out of her home

KENMORE, Wash. — A woman in Kenmore says she can’t go back to her house because of threats from her neighbor, who was recorded on video smashing out her windows in the middle of the night earlier this month.

Debra Christner said the dispute with her neighbor began months ago with what she describes as paranoid accusations about her spying on him through the walls, but it escalated in early July when the video captured the man, who KOMO News is not naming, approaching her home with a shovel and breaking her windows.
