Police in Seattle said they responded to a “cold case” at a Trader Joe’s grocery store on Tuesday when a man allegedly threatened to kill everyone inside after he was confronted by security for “copulation with a refrigerator.”
The Seattle Police Department said officers responded to the Trader Joe’s on the 1700 block of East Madison Street at around 2:15 p.m. Tuesday for a report that a man was using racial slurs and brandishing a knife at security.
Upon arrival, a security guard told officers that he confronted the suspect for allegedly “humping” a refrigerator and attempting to do similar to a customer. In response, the suspect became upset and allegedly kicked a flower display and threw apples before producing a knife…
