The California Highway Patrol released that a single vehicle crash on Interstate 5 near Willows resulted in the sole occupant’s death.
A CHP release states the crash occurred just after 3 p.m. in the afternoon as a 61-year-old man from Puyallup, Washington was driving his 2006 Ford Mustang North on the I-5. They stated the driver allowed his vehicle to go into the median and lost control. The car rolled several times, before coming to a stop blocking both lanes of the Southbound I-5.
