SEATTLE — The family of Susana Garcia-Perez, a 45-year-old woman killed in a hit-and-run incident, made an emotional plea in court to keep the suspect, 74-year-old Daniel Hayes, behind bars.
Hayes faces charges of reckless driving and vehicular homicide after allegedly crashing an RV into Garcia-Perez, who was standing outside a home in Skyway, and then fleeing the scene.
Court documents reveal that Hayes is suspected of driving drunk on the night of the crash. He also has an active warrant from another DUI arrest out of state…
