Issaquah Police officers arrested a 39-year-old Seattle man found asleep in a car with no license plates. The vehicle’s interior had items, including burnt foil, that indicated recent drug use, as reported by the Issaquah Police Department.

Police intervened when a man woke up and tried to start his car. They observed signs of impairment, including slurred speech, slow responses, clammy skin, and red eyes.
