SEATTLE — Police have arrested a longtime violent serial burglar who is accused of cutting off his ankle bracelet while on electronic home monitoring and is under investigation for a series of burglaries.
On Thursday morning, police arrested 29-year-old Patrick Maisonet at a home in Renton, according to law enforcement sources.
