A 55-year-old man was arrested in Seattle’s Chinatown-International District after he assaulted a woman last night. According to the Seattle Police Department report, officers received a call about a woman screaming at 12th Avenue South and South King Street around 9:55 p.m.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found the victim, a 55-year-old woman, “moaning in pain and clutching her right arm.” She expressed to the officers that she had feared for her life during the altercation. The Seattle Fire Department delivered onsite medical aid and transported her to Harborview Medical Center for additional treatment, as reported by the Seattle Police Department.
Following the incident, an analyst from the Seattle Police Department’s Real Time Crime Center reviewed the surveillance footage captured at the location.
