DEA seizes hundreds of pounds of drugs in Seattle, makes 12+ arrests in cartel connection

SEATTLE, Wash. – The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in Seattle made over a dozen arrests in connection to a drug trafficking ring affiliated with the Sinaloa Cartel.

According to a media release, the DEA seized hundreds of pounds of fentanyl and methamphetamine over several years of investigating.

“During the coordinated arrests and searches on August 4, 2025, law enforcement seized seven pistols and three rifles, as well as nine kilograms of methamphetamine, more than 5 kilograms of fentanyl, nearly 4 kilograms of cocaine, and more than a kilogram of heroin,” the DEA said…
