A mother and her adult daughter were stabbed inside their Kirkland apartment Thursday night. The mother died, police said.
The daughter called 911 at approximately 11 p.m. to report the stabbing at the Kirkland Heights Apartments in the 13400 block of Northeast 132nd Street, according to police.
“This is certainly a shock,” Kirkland Police Sgt. Eric Karp told KIRO Newsradio. “So, it’s very traumatic to the neighbors. You know, completely unexpected. This is definitely out of the ordinary.”…
