Prosecutors push for harder sentence for Shawn Kemp after home detention ruling

SEATTLE — Legal troubles continue for former Seattle SuperSonics star Shawn Kemp as prosecutors push for a harsher sentence in his second-degree assault case.

Despite being sentenced last month to 30 days of home detention and 240 hours of community service, prosecutors are urging a judge to reconsider and impose jail time.
